HOW TO FIND YOUR RISING SIGN & LOOK UP YOUR BIRTH CHART

If you know your time of birth, then you can find your Rising Sign and look at your whole birth chart. Look on your birth certificate to find your exact time of birth.

Once you have that, follow my instructions below:

  1. Go to https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/birth-chart-horoscope-online. Enter your birth details. Before you click “Calculate Chart,”

  2. Under “Calculate Chart,” click on “Extended settings…” Then, under “House System, choose “Whole Sign,” then click “Calculate Chart. This is the house system I use, and it will make it easier to see which houses the planets are in.

  3. Your chart might look overwhelming, especially if you have never seen your chart before. Simply focus on your “Big 3” - your Rising Sign, Sun Sign and Moon Sign.

  4. To find your Rising Sign, you want to look at the sign that occupies the 1st house. You will notice a line in the 1st house that says “ASC.” This is your Ascendent, which is the same as your Rising Sign. The Ascendent is the point (the degree) of your Rising Sign, but they are the same sign. Your Sun sign is the Sun symbol and your Moon sign is the Moon symbol.

  5. If you don’t know the symbols of the signs, not to worry! Scroll down underneath the chart to read what sign and house each of the planets are in in your birth chart!

Want to get a professional reading, and better understand the layers of your birth chart? Then I invite you to book a reading with me, and I would love to go over your unique chart with you!
