An astrology reading is a good for a variety of things.

That’s completely up to you, and depending on what you can afford. I generally recommend at least twice a year. A lot happens within six months, so it’s a good idea to get a reading roughly every six months. But, if you’re going through an, especially, challenging time and you can afford it, then it can be helpful and supportive to get a reading more often than that.
There are always deeper layers to explore in your birth chart, so the more regularly you get a reading, the more you uncover about yourself, your life, and the themes your soul is working with in this lifetime.
Astrology is impressive in that way. The planets in your chart signify many different things, people, events and experiences in your life. There’s always more to learn and affirm.
